Extended Producer Responsibility Update for OrderlineBOX

OrderlineBOX now helps you meet your obligations under the Extended Producer Responsibility for Packaging (2023) regulations.
What's new:
We've added the ability to cross-check your OrderlineBOX customer list against DEFRA data to identify which customers are classified as 'Large Producers' (turnover over £2m or packaging consumption over 50 tonnes).
Your customer records now include fields for the additional information required by the regulations, with built-in validation routines to keep this data current as DEFRA updates their records.
The time-saver:
When submission time arrives, a new report automatically calculates the weight of packaging supplied to all your small producers during the reporting period—even including the weight of pallets used.
This functionality is included in the 2026 version of OrderlineBOX at no extra cost as part of your support contract or subscription.
