No, our customer base is spread throughout the different types of packaging businesses. Although most of our installations are within sheet plants we also have a number of packaging merchants and a large group of integrated plants in Central America.

We have a team of 20 staff located here in the UK including a development team and a fully manned support team – contactable by telephone!

Our OrderlineBOX software is currently in use by 90 users worldwide, we typically deploy a new site every 4 weeks.
In addition we have over 400 clients worldwide operating in other market sectors ranging from large multi-nationals to smaller local businesses.
How much does it cost?
It is simply priced per user and scalable up to hundreds of users. System quotes include document configuration, on-site training and support. Please contact us for a price. We believe OrderlineBOX is affordable for all and a far better solution than spreadsheet systems or outdated bespoke systems.
OrderlineBOX is a modern, highly functional solution designed specifically for the corrugated box industry and can be tailored to suit any size business. We don’t tie you into using a particular accounts system and so unlike some of the older and more expensive solutions on the marketplace we can deliver a cost-effective, speedy and highly flexible solution to suit your business.
OrderlineBOX can be installed on-site or in the cloud – you pay monthly.
Full system users are less than £800 each, or monthly use at £55 (including hosting)
Do you offer finance?
Yes we do. We are able to offer finance deals at competitive rates. In addition to finance, we are also able to provide flexible payments.
How good is your support?
We operate a phone or internet based support system monitored and controlled by a dedicated support team manned Mon-Fri 9am-5pm UK time.
Each incident is reviewed and assigned to the most relevant person in order to be resolved.
Quality and customer surveys are regularly undertaken.
Do you offer out of hours support?
If required, we can provide out of hours support by prior arrangement.
How much do you charge for development work?
New software features and enhancements to OrderlineBOX are included in the annual maintenance charge. We do not charge separately for these developments. If any specific customised development is required, then we can provide a competitive quotation based on our normal daily rates for an agreed number of days development work. If the development is deemed useful to the product then we may undertake development at no cost or on a shared cost basis.
New modules may be introduced at a small charge.
Do you have to buy the whole system?
No, it's an integrated system but we can configure the areas you need and you don’t pay for the areas you don’t. You can add modules later as required.
The pricing structure is flat, based on the number of users, so if you are a small plant, then the purchase costs are as competitive for the whole system as a larger plant.
How long does it take to implement OrderlineBOX?
The installation process normally takes place around 2 months from the date of the order. Timings of software installs are subject to work loadings.
We have a skilled team of professionals who understand the packaging industry and so are able to understand your needs and configure the system to meet your business needs. This ensures that you get the maximum benefit in the shortest time.
What other products do you supply?
We can also supply a range of complementary software solutions primarily from Sage (the 3rd largest supplier of business software in the world).
We are also certified Sage Developers and have our own programming resource allowing us to undertake our own software developments.
