CRM functionality in OrderlineBOX

As a result of feedback from customers, Customer Relationship Management functionality will be coming to OrderlineBOX in Quarter 1 2014. This will add the ability to track interactions with customers and manage your sales opportunities more effectively.

• Add follow up actions so you don’t miss an opportunity
• Store documents against a company, specification or order for easy retrieval
• View a task list by user
• Produce pipeline reports on likely future business
