Redesigned Login Screen with Password Reset
We've completely redesigned the login experience with a modern, intuitive interface. The new login screen includes a self-service password reset facility, giving your team immediate access recovery without the need to contact support. This means less downtime and greater independence for your users.
Responsive Screen Technology
OrderlineBOX 2026 features completely re-engineered screen logic that intelligently adapts to any display. Whether your team is working on desktop monitors, laptops, or tablets, pages now scale seamlessly to provide an optimal viewing experience.
QuickBooks and Intact Accounts Integration
Building on our existing Sage and Xero connectors, we're delighted to introduce native integrations with QuickBooks and Intact accounting systems. This expansion gives you greater flexibility in choosing the accounting software that best suits your business, while maintaining seamless data flow between your order management and financial systems. Eliminate double-entry, reduce errors, and keep your accounts perfectly synchronised.
Shop Floor Data Capture
Production teams can now interact directly with OrderlineBOX through dedicated Shop Floor Data Capture screens, optimized for tablet use. Your production staff can view Works Orders, update progress, record materials usage, wastage, quality issues and log completion – all from the convenience of their tablets on the factory floor. This real-time visibility transforms production management, giving you accurate, up-to-the-minute information on job status and helping you respond quickly to changing priorities.
Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Support
Stay compliant with environmental regulations with our new EPR reporting features. The enhanced Customer screen now captures all the additional information required by DEFRA's Extended Producer Responsibility scheme and our links to the government’s ‘Large Producer’ information makes data validation straightforward. A purpose-built EPR report and output file then helps you meet your obligations with minimal effort, turning a complex regulatory requirement into a simple, automated process.
Flexible Margin Management
OrderlineBOX 2026 now allows you to configure multiple margin structures based on either quantity breaks or square metre thresholds (as well as the existing Customer bands etc.). This flexibility ensures your pricing accurately reflects economies of scale and material usage, helping you to remain competitive.
QR Codes on Pallet Labels
We've added QR code generation to Pallet Labels, providing instant digital traceability so your Customers can verify deliveries instantly.
