We continue to develop OrderlineBOX in response to customer needs and to ensure that our clients benefit from the very latest technologies. We are pleased to announce that version 5 is now available for our OrderlineBOX users. 

OrderlineBOX v5 has the following features:
 

• Edit menu facility with the addition of Favourites
• Quality Reporting - allows you to record quality issues with either material or finished goods and any remedial action
• Draft Despatch Notes Facility - create a despatch note in advance without stock and confirm later
• Batch Production Bookings - quick entry of multiple production bookings
• Sales Diary - record last contact/quote date/next contact/follow up dates against customers and produce 

FSC Enhancement - How this works in OrderlineBOX:

We've added new functionality into OrderlineBOX to help with your FSC^® compliance:

• Changes to Supplier board price table to indicate whether the grade is available is FSC^® certified
• Changes to Quotations to indicate whether the product is to be FSC^® certified and the quote will carry the FSC^®  logo
• If the product is required to be FSC^®, then the Purchase Order to the Supplier will indicate this
• FSC^®  certified stock will be issued to the appropriate Works Orders
• Delivery notes will carry the FSC^® logo
• Invoices will carry the FSC^® logo
• The board despatched report allows analysis by FSC^® category

Is there any charge for this?

There is no additional cost for any of this functionality - this is available via an upgrade to all users with an active support contract or subscription. We will only charge for reformatting your documents, online setup and training. All this can be done in 1/2 a day.
