Accounts integration or stand-alone system? You choose.

A two way interface exists between OrderlineBOX and Sage 50 which means that customer data from both systems can be transferred in either direction so removing the need to enter data twice. Invoices can also be imported into Sage 50 as OrderlineBOX creates the file to the correct specification for Sage 50 Accounts to use.

There is no need to purchase new Accounts software as OrderlineBOX can also operate as a completely stand-alone system and we also have a number of clients who choose to implement OrderlineBOX as a stand-alone system.

Not all our clients use Sage 50 Accounts, but many do in order to benefit from a seamless end-to-end solution. However, integration with other accounts software can also be achieved where this is a requirement.

Onesys is an accredited Sage software supplier and supporting our clients with their new software is an important part of our service. If you choose, we can supply new Accounts software, train your staff and support both systems where this is a requirement. Many of our OrderlineBOX clients do choose this option as they enjoy the convenience of dealing with a single support contact for both software solutions.
